About the event
Dive into the anatomy of ballet - each week will focus on a different foundational aspect:
Week 1: Ankles and feet
Week 2: Turnout
Week 3: Upper body/port au bras
Students will learn a variety of strengthening exercises and then apply them at the barre. All levels (including beginners) welcome!
